RAYNOLSEPrivacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how RAYNOLSE CORP. ("RAYNOLSE," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our prelaunch website, submit an early-access form, interact with our campaign pages, contact us, or engage with related digital content.

RAYNOLSE CORP. is organized in Delaware, United States. This policy applies to the RAYNOLSE prelaunch website and related online experiences that link to this policy. It does not apply to websites, platforms, payment services, social networks, app stores, or campaign platforms operated by third parties.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your email address, name, phone number, comments, questions, survey responses, or other information you choose to submit through forms or communications with us.

We may also collect information automatically when you use the website, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, user agent, pages viewed, referral URL, approximate location derived from IP address, time stamps, form source, section views, click events, scroll depth, and other usage or diagnostic information.

When you arrive through an advertisement, social post, referral, or campaign link, we may collect attribution information such as UTM parameters, campaign names, ad names, referral codes, click identifiers, platform identifiers, and similar marketing measurement data.

3. Email And Lead Information

When you submit an email signup form, we collect your email address, form source, page URL, referrer, user agent, submission time, campaign attribution data, referral data, and related event information. We use this information to maintain the early-access list, avoid duplicate signups, send launch updates, measure campaign performance, and improve our website and marketing.

We may generate internal event IDs, session IDs, referral codes, or hashed email values to help measure signup events, referrals, duplicates, and advertising performance.

4. Contact Form Information

If you contact us through a contact form or by email, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, message content, and any other information you include. We use this information to respond to your request, provide support, maintain business records, and improve our communications.

5. Cookies, Pixels, Analytics, And Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, tags, local or session storage, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember limited session information, measure traffic, attribute campaign performance, detect duplicate events, and understand how visitors interact with the website.

Our website may use or integrate with services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Google Fonts, and similar analytics, advertising, measurement, or infrastructure providers. These providers may collect information directly from your browser or device according to their own privacy policies.

6. How We Use Information

We use information to operate and improve the website; manage early-access signups; send launch reminders, product updates, campaign information, surveys, and marketing communications; respond to messages; measure advertising and campaign performance; detect duplicate or fraudulent submissions; debug technical issues; protect the website; comply with legal obligations; and support future RAYNOLSE product, app, or campaign activity.

As of the last updated date of this policy, the website collects early-access signup information through RAYNOLSE's website API and related storage systems. RAYNOLSE does not currently use a separate automated email service provider for this prelaunch website. If we later use an email service provider to send launch reminders or marketing emails, that provider will act as a service provider processing information on our behalf.

7. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers, contractors, and vendors that help us operate the website, store lead data, process analytics, send notifications, manage email or marketing systems, measure advertising, host infrastructure, provide security, or perform related business functions.

We may also disclose information to advertising and analytics partners, campaign platforms, social media platforms, professional advisors, law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset transfer.

8. Advertising And Cross-Context Measurement

We may use advertising and analytics technologies to measure ad performance, understand which campaigns drive signups, build or measure audiences, and improve future marketing. Some U.S. privacy laws may define certain advertising or analytics disclosures as "sharing" or "targeted advertising," even when we do not sell personal information for money.

If you want to opt out of advertising-related sharing or targeted advertising, contact us at contact@raynolse.com. You can also use browser controls, platform privacy settings, and available industry opt-out tools to limit some tracking technologies.

9. Marketing Choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails, where available, or by contacting us at contact@raynolse.com. We may still send non-marketing messages where permitted, such as administrative, legal, security, or service-related communications.

10. Data Retention

We retain early-access signup records, including email addresses and related attribution data, for the prelaunch campaign period and for up to three years after the campaign or related product launch, unless you request deletion earlier and we are required to honor that request. We may retain email event records, referral click records, hashed email records, advertising measurement records, and website analytics records for up to twenty-four months, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or business recordkeeping.

We may retain limited duplicate-submission, suppression, unsubscribe, or opt-out records as needed to honor your choices, avoid sending unwanted communications, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate business records.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no website, transmission, storage system, or electronic communication is completely secure. You should use caution when submitting information online.

12. Children's Privacy

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it where required.

13. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of certain personal information. You may also have rights to opt out of certain uses or disclosures, including targeted advertising or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, where applicable law provides those rights.

To submit a privacy request, contact us at contact@raynolse.com. We may need to verify your request before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights, as required by applicable law.

14. California Residents

If California privacy laws apply to RAYNOLSE, California residents may have additional rights to know what categories of personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share; to request deletion or correction; to opt out of sale or sharing; and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. RAYNOLSE does not knowingly sell personal information for money.

We do not currently use this prelaunch website to collect payment card information, government ID numbers, precise geolocation, health records, or other sensitive personal information. If our practices change, we will update this policy.

15. How To Opt Out Of Advertising Measurement

To opt out of RAYNOLSE using your information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising where applicable law provides that right, email contact@raynolse.com with the subject line "Privacy Opt Out." Please include the email address you used to sign up so we can process the request.

You can also limit some advertising and analytics tracking by adjusting your browser settings, blocking or deleting cookies, using platform-level privacy controls from Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, or other providers, or using device-level advertising settings. These controls may not stop all measurement or essential website activity.

16. International Visitors

RAYNOLSE CORP. is based in the United States. If you access the website from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.

17. Third-Party Links And Platforms

The website may link to Kickstarter, social media platforms, advertising platforms, app stores, payment providers, video services, or other third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, or policies of third parties. You should review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

18. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when this policy was last revised. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you acknowledge the updated policy.
